With a background in Business Development I jumped into the non-profit sector in October 2017. Since then I have achieved an average of 65% year on year income increase for AADI. Winner of the 'Professional Fundraiser of the Year' award at CII's Charity Excellence awards in 2020. I have Co-Chaired of CII's Digital Fundraising Forum since 2019 and recently joined the Board of Directors at PayPal Giving Fund Ireland. I believe in empowering donors and putting the donor experience at the forefront of my fundraising & communications strategies.
