Sahdya is an Organiser with #NotJustNCVO, an online platform for victims of discrimination in the charity sector to share their experience(s). Sahdya became an Organiser with #NotJustNCVO after sharing her experience of workplace discrimination (which you can read here) on Twitter.
Sahdya helped to establish the Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic Staff Network in her last workplace, Quakers in Britain. Sahdya is currently part of Refugee Education UK’s Anti-racism Accountability Group.
Sahdya works in the human rights sector advocating for the digital rights of migrants.
