Vic Hancock Fell

Founder

Vic Hancock Fell has spent 20 years working exclusively with small charities – from being a small charity co-founder, youth-worker, fundraiser, CEO and Trustee to a trainer, facilitator, and community builder who truly gets the reality of small charity life.

Through her training programmes and communities, Vic creates spaces where small charity leaders can learn, connect, and feel a little less alone in the job. She also works with partners to better support small charities and the wider sector – including funders such as Lloyds Bank Foundation and Restless Development, and local and national infrastructure organisations.

Based in Sheffield, Vic works with small charities across the UK and beyond.

Vic is also the Founder of Fair Collective, a non-profit charity-freelancer matchmaking agency.
