Kat Hamilton

Kat Hamilton is the Executive Director of Force of Nature, a youth-led organization mobilising young people to take climate action. Since joining in 2020, Kat has spearheaded global partnerships with organizations like Pinterest, the London Natural History Museum, and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, helping the team grow from 4 to 13 people and reaching over 10,000 young people worldwide through programs. With roots across three continents and a background in sociology, printmaking and grassroots publishing, Kat brings a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of people and planet to everything they do.
