I’ve spent the last 35+ years building businesses that do more than just make money – they serve real people, solve real problems, and create long-term, meaningful impact.

I founded my first company in the early ’90s and haven’t looked back. Across multiple ventures – including 1st Formations, Rapid Formations, and QCF (all now part of BSQ Group) – I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs launch and grow businesses in the UK and beyond. Today, BSQ Group leads the UK’s company formation industry, supported by a brilliant team of 140+ people and a culture driven by purpose, not just profit.

What gets me up in the morning? Building things that matter. Pioneering new ideas. Supporting the next generation of founders. And proving that compliance, sustainability, customer service, and social responsibility aren’t just buzzwords – they’re business fundamentals.

We were the first firm to launch e-commerce virtual offices, the first in our space to become a Certified B Corporation and to achieve carbon-neutral status, and one of the earliest UK employers to commit to the Real Living Wage. We fund scholarships, support charities, and invest in our teammates as they pursue professional qualifications and academic degrees.
