Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance transformed the way they approach fundraising by removing income targets — the first step in breaking down silos and fostering genuine collaboration. Since then, the team has continued to evolve, dismantling barriers that get in the way of teamwork and creating a culture where everyone pulls in the same direction.

The results speak for themselves: income has increased significantly, and most recently, this united approach led to a remarkable £250,000 donation from a new trust.
