Emma Barker

Emma is a marketeer, fundraiser and all round good sport who prides herself on building relationships with both peers and partners. She has worked in the charity sector for over 10 years. With a background in brand and marketing, she joined the RNLI partnerships team in 2022 after the birth of her first child.

Emma currently leads the RNLI partnerships account management team. Helping grow mutually beneficial partnerships with organisations who share RNLI values in saving lives at sea. With a passion for being in/on the water, she thankfully has not yet been rescued by the RNLI herself…
