Freddie Harle

I am the Managing Director of RFC and have been with the company since its very beginning. I have over 14 years experience supporting charities to grow and sustain successful third-party challenge event programs. During this time, I have worked with thousands of charities, from small grassroots organisations to large national charities. I have played a key role in building our event partnerships and, alongside our team, developing innovative technology and ideas to better support our members.

Outside of work, I have two young children who keep me very busy, and I still try to get out running whenever I can.
