Kevin Mounce

I am a senior fundraising and partnerships leader with over 15 years’ experience across the charity sector, specialising in high-value trusts, foundations and philanthropic partnerships.

I currently lead high-value partnerships at Starlight Children’s Foundation, where I work with funders to support long-term, values-aligned investment in programmes that reduce trauma and improve healthcare experiences for children and families.

My work focuses on securing and stewarding multi-year, six-figure partnerships; translating evidence and impact into compelling cases for support; and aligning fundraising strategy with organisational priorities across service delivery, brand and policy.

I am particularly interested in how philanthropy can move upstream: supporting prevention, systems change and long-term impact, alongside frontline delivery.
