Jenny West is an experienced leader in high‑value stewardship and engagement, driving long‑term philanthropic and partnership income for charities. She currently leads the Stewardship and Operations function for Philanthropy and Partnerships at the British Red Cross, where her team delivers data‑led, rigorous research and due‑diligence processes alongside highly personalised stewardship approaches to strengthen partnerships and unlock transformational gifts.
Jenny brings expertise in designing compelling donor experiences, aligning communications, insight and delivery to maximise supporter experience. Across her previous roles at Comic Relief, the NSPCC, Macmillan Cancer Support and the University of East Anglia, she has consistently combined personalised relationship building with robust systems, data and infrastructure to grow income, strengthen partnerships and deliver lasting organisational impact — a balance she describes as part magic, part machine.
