Patrick Burgess is the Co-Founder and Technical Director of Nutbourne Ltd, an award-winning Managed Service Provider supporting UK businesses with secure, high-performing IT solutions. With over 15 years in the industry, Patrick specialises in helping organisations cut through technical complexity—turning cybersecurity, compliance and infrastructure decisions into practical, business-focused outcomes.

Alongside Nutbourne, Patrick founded Clearbenchmark, a platform designed to help MSPs adopt a more consultative approach through structured benchmarking and strategic roadmapping. He is a recognised voice in the IT channel, delivering training and speaking at industry events both as himself and as a Global Technology Industry Association (GTIA) instructor.

Patrick is a Chartered IT Professional and a member of the British Computer Society, and in 2023 he received the CompTIA Cybersecurity Leadership Award. His work focuses on improving client experience, strengthening security posture, and helping MSPs evolve from reactive providers into trusted strategic partners.
