Aisling Nolan is a strategic fundraising leader, leadership mentor and consultant with more than 15 years’ experience helping charities grow income, build high-performing teams and lead organisational change.
Having held senior fundraising and executive leadership roles with organisations including St James’s Hospital Foundation, Focus Ireland, GOAL and Galway University Foundation, Aisling has led major fundraising transformation, developed successful partnerships and coached leaders at every stage of their careers.
Alongside her executive career, Aisling is a mentor with the Elischer Foundation Leadership Programme, a trustee of OutHouse LGBT+ Centre and Past National President and Current National Communications Officer of Soroptimists Republic of Ireland.
Passionate about values-led leadership, Aisling believes the best mentors don’t create dependency, they create confident thinkers. Her sessions combine honest storytelling, practical tools and thought-provoking questions that leave delegates with approaches they can apply immediately in their own leadership and fundraising practice.
