Harbi Jama
Harbi Jama is the Director of Development and Communications at The London Community Foundation, where he leads income generation and donor engagement to strengthen London’s civil society. He brings extensive experience in corporate partnerships, strategic fundraising, and sustainable funding models, with previous experience in the refugee sector and international development.
Harbi has also served as a trustee for The Public Law Project and AVID, gaining insight into funding challenges for organisations tackling complex social and legal issues. At LCF, he helps mobilise £11-13 million annually for grassroots groups, driving long-term impact across the capital.
