You should also know…

…what to expect in the lead up to the event. Here’s an outline of important dates.

  • Event Manager check-in.
    • Action: Your Event Manager will reach out to set you up and ensure you have everything you need.
  • No less than one month before: receive event invite.
    • Action: You should receive a calendar invite for your specific session time and details.
  • Two weeks before the event (for conferences): Speaker Roundtable.
    • Action: There will be a live Q&A/networking session with fellow speakers.
  • The week of the event: Host briefing.
    • Action: Host briefing and tech checks are done the week of the event. Arranged by your event manager who will run through through on the day logistics and tell you more about the events sessions.
  • Four working days before the event: Delegate bag resources due.
    • Action: Any resources for the delegate bag are needed by this deadline.
