Video window and controls

The video window is prominently displayed in the center of the screen. Attendees can control their viewing experience with the following options:

• Full Screen: The video window can be made full screen.
• Volume Control: A volume control is available.
• Captions: It is possible to turn captions on and off.

Conference navigation

The platform is structured around different rooms:

• Conferences typically have between two and three rooms.
• Attendees have the option to switch between rooms using buttons below the video window (e.g., “Go to ROOM 1” or “Go to ROOM 2”).
• An attendee can see which room they are currently in (e.g., “You are in ROOM 1”).

Interaction and networking

The platform provides several ways for attendees to interact:

• Chat Box: Located to the right of the video window.
  • There is a different chat box for each room.
  • Attendees use the chat box to add comments and questions related to your session.
• Breakout Networking Room: There is a button for the breakout networking room.
  • Breakout networking is available throughout the conference.
  • You can direct attendees to the “Breakout Networking” button below the video window if you want to invite them into a breakout room following your session.

Delegate bag and resources

• Virtual Delegate Bag: There is a button for the virtual delegate bag.
• Clicking this button opens a sidebar containing:
  • Conference slides.
  • Supplementary information.
  • Supporting links and documents.

Feedback and polls

• Feedback & Polls Button: Located under the chat box.
• Attendee Feedback: Attendees are encouraged to provide feedback following every session.
• Session Polls: The feature allows polls to be added to your session.
  • To poll attendees, direct them to click on the “Feedback & Polls” button, and the question will be visible.
