About Picnics Everywhere
Share connections, ideas, and inspiration over shared food.
Join us at the National Fundraisers Picnic Day in June 2025 at your nearest location 
We’re big on relaxed spaces, quality connections, and getting out into nature – that’s why we’re very excited to be encouraging fundraisers out into their local outdoor space for Picnics Everywhere. We hope these picnics are the start of something exciting for you, the sector, and your well-being.
How it works:
- Find your nearest picnic and register for free
- On the day, bring along a food item to share or your own personal picnic*
- Keep your fingers crossed for a sunny day
Hosted in collaboration with friends of Fundraising Everywhere around the country, our FE reps will be there to welcome you on the day – you’ll spot them with a Fundraising Everywhere t-shirt and picnic blanket!
Please note: All picnics will take place on June 18th, EXCEPT for the North East location, which will take place on June 17th.
*Please check your location below to see if there are any concerns about food allergies
Imporant information for the day
- Arrival: Look out for the host, who will be wearing a purple Fundraising Everywhere t-shirt.
- Food: please bring your own, either to share or enjoy solo. Check the location for any allergy updates.
- Dogs: If you are thinking of bringing a dog, please check that the location allows dogs. Dogs must be on a lead at all times and away from the food.
- Photos: Hosts will be taking photos for social media, please let them know if you don’t want to be included in them
- Weather: picnics will still be going ahead in wet weather. We will email you directly and update this page with any changes if/when they happen.
