In the wake of COVID19 many of our arts, cultural and heritage organisations had to quickly adapt, pivot or completely reimagine our existing programs and fundraising activities to take advantage of new digital and remote-delivery initiatives. The rush to do so immediately made the sector more accessible for many who had previously faced barriers to sector engagement or employment - but still not accessible enough.
