Alex has been a professional fundraiser for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Revitalise in 2021, Alex served as Fundraising Director and Head of Public Fundraising at RNIB, Head of Legacy and Tribute fundraising at NSPCC and Head of Fundraising at the Shakespeare Hospice. Earlier in his career, Alex also held a variety of other fundraising positions in direct marketing, community fundraising and in the higher education sector.

Alex is passionate about increasing impact through effective fundraising collaborations. For 6 years, Alex served as Chair of Remember A Charity, a behaviour change campaign involving around 200 charities who work together to grow the UK legacy giving market. Alex also played a leading role in the ‘Good Lab’ project which brought charities together to identify opportunities or businesses that were capable of delivering new and innovative sources of income to charities.
