Amy Leighton

Amy is the Head of CRM at JustGiving, she leads a small team to automate and scale CRM, one of the biggest marketing channels at the tech-for-good company.

Amy’s recent work includes leading a cross-functional team to create a fundraising email program which enhances the overall customer experience and increases the number of donations to a fundraising page.

Prior to joining JustGiving, Amy worked for Virgin, a customer obsessed organization whose internal ethos was to “screw average and create amazing,” Here she developed her love for developing insight driven CRM experiences, working as part of a team to drive innovation and push the boundaries for the benefit of Virgin’s customers.
