Bethany Helliwell-Smith founded Awen Coaching in 2020 after working in the charity sector for over a decade. Her mission is to create a charity sector where people want to work, where they can be healthy, and still make a positive impact. She empowers individuals and teams through coaching, inspires audiences through speaking engagements, and delivers effective workshops and team development programmes.
