Brette Alsop

Brette has worked in the charity sector for 25 years, working in both fundraising and supporter operations teams. Having recently left Diabetes UK where she set up the Customer Experience team and led teams such as Database Marketing, Fundraising Compliance and Innovation, Brette now works for RNIB as Director of Customer Experience and Engagement, responsible for driving forward RNIB’s ambitions around long term customer engagement.
