Bushra Ahmed
Bushra is a business woman, NED, board advisor and strategic consultant, keeping her values as a campaigner and activist at the root of all her work, with over 25 years of experience in business, strategy, governance, finance and community engagement.
Bushra is a highly respected public speaker and has recorded podcasts, most recently for UNESCO and AACW on leadership and equality, as well as being invited to be an agenda setter at The Do Global Summit 2024 in Berlin and co delivering a session to UNESCO’s civil society AGM.
Bushra was shortlisted as nominee for the 2023 National Diversity Awards for Positive role-model for Gender, as well as being a winner of Equality X – Top 50 influential Muslims in Europe for 2023 and 2024 and is a Freeman of the City of London.
Bushra is a Trustee of Lloyds Bank Foundation, 50:50 Parliament and United in Design and has recently joined the Board of Advisors for the Mercedes Benz Global Fellowship.
