Caroline is Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy at Historic England, responsibile for raising funds for capital and revenue projects which boh protect and champion historic environment. Successfully funded projects inlucd major restoration works at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings, an apprenticeships programme and two archive digitisation projects.
Referencing the UK Government’s Green Book on project appraisal and evaluation, this practical and evidence-based session will draw on lessons from the HM Treasury process for developing ‘Five Case’ business cases and will offer advice on how we can all present the strongest possible case for support for our shared historic environment.
