Claudia is an HR consultant and coach, focused on diversity & inclusion. More than 25 years of her corporate career were spent at Unilever, much of that time as business partner and trusted advisor to leaders of successful, global, multi-cultural teams with multi-€bn businesses. She is an external governor at the University of Portsmouth where she heads the HR and the Remuneration Committees.
