I have 8 years of experience in the charity sector, starting at a F2F agency as a data manager. 4 years ago I suffered a spinal cord injury and had to take a break from employment for a year and a half. I then joined Spinal Research, a charity funding a cure for spinal cord injuries, as the Data Manager and then moved into the Head of Operations role. I now head up all our HR and operational systems, including CRM, payment systems and any other tools the fundraising team need.
