I am a fundraising professional with over 15 years of experience driving revenue growth and impact for leading international NGOs, including World Vision, Save the Children, WWF, and WFP. As the Global F2F Specialist at Save the Children International, I developed and executed multi-market face-to-face (F2F) fundraising strategies for both agency and In-House programs, overseeing expenditure and income goals across 25 global markets to align with international growth targets. I also established best practices to enhance fundraising excellence across markets.

Throughout my career, I have managed substantial budgets, built strong international networks, and designed comprehensive training programs to strengthen team performance. I have also played a key role in global leadership initiatives, including serving as Chair of the F2F International Fundraising Leadership Group.

With a degree in Communication & Marketing, I bring a strategic vision and a proven track record of achieving ambitious fundraising goals. Fluent in Dutch and English, with advanced proficiency in Spanish and intermediate German, I thrive in diverse, global fundraising environments.
