Emma Frost

Emma is an acquisition specialist with fourteen years of professional experience in the charity sector, having worked at organisations such as Friends of the Earth, the National Deaf Children’s Society and ActionAid UK.

For the past three years, Emma has been Head of Supporter Recruitment at Oxfam GB, where she has grown the programme by 248% through engagement-led supporter journeys that build long-term value for the organisation.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her scouring second-hand websites in search of fun fashion finds for her two young daughters.
