Fatima Iftikhar builds innovative campaigns, coalitions and communities to bring about transformative and structural change across employment, education and civil society. She is a campaigner and activist on issues of race and structural inequality with her work currently focusing on three areas. Firstly, exploring systems change through #CharitySoWhite, a campaign rooting out institutional racism across the charity sector. Secondly, community building through #POCIMPACT, a community recognising, connecting and supporting People of Colour in the social impact sector. Finally, promoting inclusive innovation as a Non-Executive Director of Doing Social, a social enterprise improving inclusion of communities in social innovation. She is also an Aziz Foundation Scholar, currently studying a Masters in Social Policy and Social Research at UCL.
