Federica Ronco

Federica has recently joined Oxfam International as Supporter Journeys Strategic Partner. She is an experienced and passionate fundraiser with a strong strategic knowledge of individual giving fundraising across acquisition, donor development, legacy and mid-value.

During her years at Oxfam GB, Federica managed several F2F campaigns and, more recently, as Head of Offline Fundraising at UK for UNHCR, she successfully championed F2F and obtained approval for a pilot launching in Spring 2026.
