Freddie Harle

I have worked in the sector for over 13 years, across a variety of roles at RFC. During that time, I have helped build RunForCharity into a platform that now works with more than 2,000 charities of all sizes and partners with over 900 individual races.

As Managing Director, my role spans multiple areas of the business. I work closely with charities to introduce them to RunForCharity, develop new event partnerships, support and develop our team, advise on the development of technology within our offering, and work alongside our senior management team to shape the future direction of the business.

This broad role gives me a unique perspective across the charity, events and running sectors, and a real passion for bringing these areas together to create better experiences for charities, event organisers and participants.

I continue to work closely with the sector, using feedback, data and the experiences of the charities we work with to identify common challenges and develop practical solutions to some of the stumbling blocks faced by charities.
