I am a skilled trainer with over 12 years of experience working within employment relations. I have an extensive knowledge of employment legislation and best practice. I deliver training events (both face-to-face and digitally) addressing topics such as Workplace Investigations, Employment Law, Management Skills and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. I am also a trained mediator and conciliator with success in resolving workplace disputes. I have experience of working with the public and private sectors as well as charitable organisations.
