Last year we made over 4 million outbound calls and handled almost half a million inbound calls for our charity clients.
I'm one of the Senior Managers at Angel. My role focuses on account management, campaign optimisation, and business development.
I've been at Angel for over 10 years having started as a telephone fundraiser many moons ago.
