With over twenty years experience in the charity sector, I specialise in fundraising, individual giving, direct marketing, membership and campaign management. My career has spanned senior roles in leading charities, where I’ve not only driven donor engagement and income growth but also successfully integrated into teams, supported staff, and built high-performing fundraising functions.

I bring a hands-on, adaptable approach, seamlessly embedding myself within existing teams to provide both strategic direction and day-to-day operational support. Whether leading from the front or working alongside colleagues, I thrive in environments where collaboration, coaching, and problem-solving drive success.

I’m passionate about helping charities unlock their full fundraising potential, whether by developing effective strategies, optimising team performance, or delivering impactful campaigns.

This is my first time speaking at a conference! I’m usually the one sitting in the audience or behind the screen and soaking up all the information. I’m truly honoured to share this ‘first’ with all of you.
