Janine gets out of bed in the morning to help charities and social impact businesses take big leaps to innovate - and have fun while doing it.
After a career heading up household brands such as Tango, Robinson's and BBC, she joined the charity sector as Head of Innovation Development at CRUK and then became Partner at Good Innovation. She has been a Trustee at the Royal Osteoporosis Society and is a Fellow of the RSA for over 20 years.
She is the Chair of MyBigCareer, a charity inspiring young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to Dream Big and is Chair of Traverse a social impact consultancy that helps organisations make better decisions together.
In 2020, Janine set up Jump in Puddles Consultancy and works with charities and social entrepreneurs to think differently and achieve more impact. She is a certified facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
She lives in Oxford, is obsessed with her dog called Woof and is proud to be part of the Community Interest Company that saved the historic Lamb and Flag pub.
