Kate Larsen
Kate Larsen (she/her) is an arts, cultural and non-profit consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in Australia, Asia and the UK.
Currently living on Kaurna Yerta in South Australia, Kate has particular expertise in the areas of workplace culture and wellbeing, online communication and communities, and increasing access for marginalised groups. This includes managing hybrid teams at a state and national level – including as CEO of Arts Access Australia and Director of Writers Victoria.
In 2021, Kate published Our Hybrid Future, a free guide to managing teams, arts organisations and projects remotely and online (ourhybridfuture.com.au).
