I'm the digital marketing operations lead at manifesto, the digital agency for changemakers. I'm experienced in marketing strategy across search, social, and other digital channels to drive revenue, build awareness, and improve ROI. I'm also a trustee for Melanoma Focus.
My special interests include conversion rate optimisation (CRO), understanding behavioral heuristics, friction and drivers that influence a person's likelihood to take action.
At manifesto we specialise in working with pro-social clients including charities, arts and cultural institutions, and museums and visitor attractions.
