Kim Lewry
Kim has worked with the Royal College of Surgeons of England for over ten years. RCS England is a membership organisation and charity with more than 25,000 members worldwide. During her time as Head of Publishing, she was responsible for the migration of all journals and magazine content to a new digital platform via an Agile design and implementation process. She implemented automated workflows for the peer-review process as well as introducing citation and social media tracking tools. She has since taken on a role leading the Digital Transformation for the organisation – developing and implementing a people-centred strategy at a time of great change for the organisation, with CRM, Copilot 365 rollout, cloud migration and new website projects all on the roadmap.
