Kit Lewis is a strategist, innovation lead, and all-round provocateur of lazy thinking.
As Partner at Aha, he works with charities and purpose-led brands to solve sticky problems – the kind that don’t have easy answers. He’s led innovation and audience strategy for some of the UK’s biggest charities, including Cancer Research UK and Save the Children. Right now, he and the Aha team are on a mission to apply innovation thinking to real fundraising challenges – not the theoretical stuff, but the day-to-day blockers that hold teams back.
Kit’s approach is grounded in people’s real lives – not assumptions, not slides, not wishful thinking. He specialises in insight, strategy and innovation that puts supporters first and keeps their world at the centre. That means binning surface-level fixes and building ideas that actually work. He’s hands-on, sleeves-rolled, in the room – leading creative sprints, unlocking insight, and helping teams see things differently.
Whether he’s coaching mindset shifts, hosting curiosity-led events, or challenging clients to reframe the problem, Kit brings energy, empathy and just the right amount of provocation, always pushing for solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.
Kit lives in the foothills of the French Pyrenees with his young family. He loves riding bikes up hills, skiing down them, drinking good-but-cheap red wine, and all the fun stuff like books, telly and the odd deep-dive into random internet corners.
