She has over 15 years of experience in the charity sector, stakeholder engagement, and project management, she’s worked on big-picture, partner-funded initiatives, successfully securing multi-million-pound funding to support vulnerable communities.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD and a parent of neurodiverse children, Laura understands firsthand the challenges and strengths that come with thinking differently. She’s dedicated to creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. Her work spans Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), safeguarding, and developing collaborative strategies that make a real difference.

In her current role as Partnerships Account Manager at Scope, Laura has not only helped drive impactful projects but has also built a support network for neurodivergent colleagues, fostering greater understanding in the workplace.
With a background in community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and business management, Laura brings both strategic thinking and a hands-on, people-first approach to everything she does. She coordinates disability training for organisations to help businesses make their spaces and services more inclusive.
