Lucy is a charity leader and campaigner working to address issues of inequality, injustice and exclusion. She has worked in senior management positions at a range of voluntary and private sector organisations over the last thirty years.

Through her consultancy, https://www.changeout.org, Lucy works with charities and social enterprises to address issues of diversity, inclusion, and culture change. Her style combines collaboration with gentle challenge, inspiring teams to work together better and differently, and encouraging people to be themselves.

Lucy was selected to contribute to the Runnymede Trust’s Reframing Race project and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
