Mike Crofts

Mike founded 3Pillars Project in 2016 after volunteering in Feltham Young Offenders Institution. Experiencing the untapped potential of the young men there, he set about building a programme that sets high standards for its participants through rugby based mentoring programme. Since then the 3Pillars has grown from an embryonic pilot project in HMP Wandsworth, to the multi stage rehabilitation programme delivered across 6 prisons and in the community.

In a former life, Mike was in the Army, where he served 2 tours of Afghanistan and completed a Defence Research Fellowship on Humanitarian Law.
