Now in my 6th year at JustGiving, I am responsible for both Charity and Consumer facing CRM activities and making sure we are delivering the right messages at the right times, to the right audience. I’ve worked in CRM for over eleven years, in a variety of sectors, primarily focusing on email marketing. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me planning my next trip or out hiking back in my native Scotland.
