Polly is co-founder of Outspoken Speakers a not for profit that platform, supports and connects female and non-binary voices. She is also Founder of Out & Wild events.

A former Commercial Brand Director, Polly worked in the charity sector for 5 years,with the BHF, Together for Short Lives and vInspired in fundraising and comms roles. She was also on the Board of Pride in London for 5 years, setting up their Sponsorship and Fundraising function.

She is an advocate for LGBTQ+ and gender rights, and has been featured in the Pride Power List, OUTstanding list and was a winner of an IoF Innovation Award.
