Bio
Rini is a London-based policy adviser who is passionate about health inclusion, equity at all intersections, and rooting out racism in the charity sector. Alongside her day job, she is an organiser for the anti-racism campaign, #CharitySoWhite, and is the Representation & Inclusion Trustee for Bi Pride UK. She is a Charityworks Fellow, having graduated from the programme this year, and an alumna of Beyond Suffrage's inaugural cohort. In her spare time, she is a keen marathon runner and power lifter, and was recently profiled in Women's Health magazine.
