Ruth is the Head of Community and Events at Thames Valley Air Ambulance, a role she has held since 2017 after initially joining the organisation as Senior Fundraising Manager in 2016. With a career spanning over two decades in the charity sector, Ruth brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, event management, and strategic fundraising.

Before joining Thames Valley Air Ambulance, Ruth has also worked for The Stroke Association, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People and the British Wheelchair Sports Foundation.

Ruth is known for her passion for building strong community relationships and delivering impactful events that support life-saving services. Her leadership continues to play a vital role in connecting communities across the Thames Valley region with the mission and work of the air ambulance service
