With a broad background in marketing, fundraising and campaigning, Shabby has been communicating with consumer audiences since 2001 with experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience spans financial institutions, fashion and publishing, as well as working for charities including Medical Aid for Palestinians, Disasters Emergency Committee, Comic Relief, CARE International and WaterAid.

She has led teams to deliver large-scale campaigns, including the Concert for Ukraine for the Disasters Emergency Committee which raised £13m in 24 hours, as well as - The Big Night In - in partnership with BBC Children in Need which raised over £75m for UK causes.

Shabby has been a Board Director at Greenpeace UK, a volunteer mentor through Family Action and has held trustee positions at Freedom from Torture and Africa Advocacy Foundation.
