Tara has worked in the charity sector for over 20 years, starting out in community fundraising before moving into in memory, legacy and individual giving.

After 10 years at St Gemma’s Hospice in Leeds she moved to Leeds Hospitals Charity as Head of Individual Giving. Since starting in November 2020 Tara has been growing and developing the team with a particular focus on the regular giving programme of activity, which now have over 4000 monthly givers. She has a passion for the supporter experience and improving retention.
