

Tom Forgione is Senior Product Manager of Fintech at JustGiving, the world’s leading peer-to-peer (P2P) social giving platform but also a leading eCommerce player with ambitious growth, innovation, and transformation at the heart of the fintech teams’ objectives. Tom has led on a wide portfolio of fintech products at JustGiving, with focus on money in’ (eCommerce, payment integrations and optimisation), ‘money out’ (disbursements to 3rd parties across markets). Tom also led on the creation, launch and product expansion of Giving Checkout – JustGiving’s feeless individual giving, customisable checkout form. Prior to this, Tom was a Technology Management Consultant at Accenture, where he worked for 3 Years.
In this session, we’ll share four A/B tests we implemented to our online donation flow and ask you to guess whether each one was a win, loss or draw!
