Tom has vast levels of experience in both recruitment and face to face fundraising.

Having spent many years in the professional fundraising sphere, building and running face to face fundraising operations all over the UK with REAL Fundraising, Tom then moved into recruitment and later went on to start REAL Jobs in 2019.

After initially focusing on face to face fundraiser recruitment Tom then broadened the scope at REAL Jobs with the realjobs4ukraine project https://youtu.be/GIyyVP2idio finding jobs with ethical employers for displaced Ukrainian refugees before expanding to permanent placements for clients who needed a more values based approach to recruitment.

Now Tom not only runs REAL Jobs but also provides consultancy services in all things face to face fundraising, from recruitment to operational support & training.
