Will Sadler is co-founder of Beacon Films, a production company that supports the talents of Disabled and Neurodivergent filmmakers, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
Beacon Films works in partnership with other organisations to try and make the screen industry a more inclusive place. They are a BFI Film Academy and support Disabled and Neurodivergent creatives into screen industry jobs across a variety of roles.
In his freelance work, Will has made several radio documentaries for the BBC World Service, helps organisations start their own podcast and is co-host of Lively Minds, a podcast about mental health problems that go beyond the ebb and flow of the everyday.
In this short presentation Will Sadler and Zosia Feher from Beacon Films will explore what ‘neurodivergence’ is and how we best support the talents of neurodivergent colleagues in our workplace.
